  • Orders can be placed through our website, contact form, or by direct email inquiry. Once the requested product and specifications are confirmed, we will issue an order confirmation or proforma invoice with the final pricing, shipping cost, and payment detail

  • Some products may be available from stock, while others are supplied on demand or manufactured in batches depending on availability and production schedules. If an item is not immediately available, we will confirm the expected lead time before finalizing the order

  • Lead times vary depending on the product, supplier availability, and production schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and should be considered indicative rather than guaranteed

  • Yes. You can still place an order even if a product is not currently in stock. In such cases, we will confirm the expected production or supply timeline before payment is completed.

  • In rare cases, a product batch or special order may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to supplier or production issues. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including an alternative product, revised lead time, or refund where applicable.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all prices are listed without tax. For customers within the EU, the applicable VAT may be added depending on the billing and delivery details. For customers outside the EU, local import VAT, customs duties, and clearance charges may apply upon delivery

    • damage caused by incorrect installation, abuse, racing beyond design intent, or modification,

    • normal wear and tear, or misuse.
      Returns are accepted only if:

    • the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging,

    • and you have obtained prior approval from NoLiftMotorsport.
      Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless a product defect is confirmed under warranty.

  • No. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and carrier conditions. Final shipping charges are confirmed before the order is completed or included in the proforma invoice

  • You can contact us through the website, email, or quotation form with the product you are looking for and your vehicle details. Once we confirm compatibility, pricing, and delivery conditions, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice

  • For special orders, pre-orders, and custom requests, full upfront payment may be required. For stocked products or selected orders, other arrangements may be possible and will be confirmed individually before the order is processed

  • Bank transfer is our preferred payment method. Credit card and other online payment methods may be available depending on the sales channel, and any applicable transaction or gateway fees may be charged to the buyer where relevant

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are intended for high-performance and motorsport use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify whether a specific product is approved for road use in their country and vehicle application

  • Yes. We may be able to offer custom solutions, vehicle-specific setups, or special configurations depending on the product and supplier. Additional engineering, sourcing, scanning, or development costs may apply and will be quoted separately.


  • Yes. We provide technical guidance regarding product selection, compatibility, and intended vehicle use. Our goal is to help customers choose the most suitable setup for street, track-day, or mixed-use applications.

  • nstallation support may be available depending on the product and location. If you require fitting or workshop support, contact us directly so we can confirm the available options.

  • Yes. If you are unsure which brake, suspension, or performance setup is best for your vehicle, send us your vehicle details and intended use. We will help you select the most appropriate components.
