We do not claim that our products are intended for normal road use (“street legal”).
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that:

• products are installed correctly,

• all local regulations, track rules, and safety standards are respected,

• the vehicle is operated in a safe and legal manner.

Orders placed via the website are binding proposals to purchase.
Quote requests are non‑binding until we issue an official order confirmation or proforma invoice.
All orders are subject to availability of stock and may be subject to delays due to supply chain, production, or logistics issues.

Prices shown on our website are in EUR (where applicable) and are exclusive of VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Bank transfers are our preferred payment method.
Pre‑orders or special orders may require full upfront payment via bank transfer, which is non‑refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Other payment methods (e.g., card, PayPal via Stripe) may incur processing fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lead time for production and shipping is indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, NoLiftMotorsport offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a defined period from the date of delivery.
Warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by incorrect installation, abuse, racing beyond design intent, or modification,

• normal wear and tear, or misuse.
  Returns are accepted only if:

• the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging,

• and you have obtained prior approval from NoLiftMotorsport.
  Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless a product defect is confirmed under warranty.

NoLiftMotorsport is not liable for:

• indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of use, data, profits or opportunities),

• damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or operating outside the product’s design scope,

• delays or interruptions in production or shipping beyond our control.
  Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for that order.

All website content, logos, branding, and product documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of NoLiftMotorsport.
No third party may reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and Europe.
